A few sweet things to know…

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

-Once your order is placed, your time slot is reserved. We then immediately go out and buy the materials and ingredients needed to complete your order. Therefore, we do NOT offer refunds. However, depending on the circumstance, we may issue a store credit good for up to 6 months.

-All of our sweets are custom made therefore we require a minimum of 7-14 days notice when ordering a custom cake (special arrangements can be made).

-All orders $50 and up require a minimum 50% deposit. All orders less than $50 must be paid at the time of order. 

-Local delivery  is available for custom orders totaling $50 or more. A $20 local delivery fee will be applied to your balance at the time of order if you wish to use our delivery service. 

-We take pride in creating custom cakes for your special occasions! We do not produce “exact” duplicate cakes that were designed by others. Please allow us the opportunity to bring your vision to life and create a masterpiece unique to your occasion. 

-We are not responsible for any accidents or mishaps with cakes once they leave our premises. When transporting a cake you should always place it on a flat surface, not the trunk or seat of the car. Please be mindful of severe heat and weather conditions that may alter your cake during transport. 

-If we’ve made an error with a product please contact us immediately to discuss the problem  and we will negotiate a satisfactory solution. We do not issue refunds.   

-If you have made a deposit on a custom order and wish to cancel, you must do so at least 7 days prior to the pick up date. If an order is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the pick up date, you will receive a credit in the amount of your deposit for a future order.
